Simon recently helped me to remortgage my house. My situation was pretty dire...although I owned my house outright, I was drowning in debts from credit cards & loans with extortionate interest rates. I was under so much pressure for so many years, it was affecting my mental health. Simon was fantastic, he found me an offer & was communicative and clear every step of the way. First spoke to Simon, as had had pre ious issues with a house jointly owned with my ex wife being reposessed, Simon was fast friendly and found us the right product to allow us to down size .Will be coming back in 2 years after our new fixed period is ending. I was looking a to see if I could find cheaper rates through an advisor, spoke with Simon, he gave me a full view of available rates and total costs. He was honest and upfront that applying with my current lender was the most cost effective and practical approach even though it meant he couldn't provide me a product.
