Simon and Paulina were both amazing through the whole process - we were completely clueless when it came to all things mortgages but they both really helped to simplify things for us and made it all much easier to understand. We didn’t have the easiest time when buying our house but Simon and Paulina were both so persistent in helping us secure our first home, and we are so so thankful they were because we wouldn’t have been able to do so without them. Me and my partner were so lucky to have come across Simon and Paulina. We are let’s say more mature than the regular customers Simon might get. However with persistence Simon managed to get us a remortgage and a standard mortgage, he had to work hard to achieve this and me and Caroline are extremely grateful. Keep up the good work.
